Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association Headquarters:
B&G Electrical Contractors is nearing the final stages of this high-end facility. Selected by Turner Construction to perform the electrical installation of the electrical service, fit out, fire alarm and telecommunications package, B&G is living up to its claim to provide quality installations under demanding time constraints at competitive prices.

Jet Blue Technical Operations Hangar:
Working closely with Turner Construction, B&G Electrical Contractors has been contracted to complete this 125,000 + square foot hangar facility. This project can be seen on the right hand side when entering JFK via JFK expressway. This project encompasses many disciplines within our trade, High Voltage Services, Interlocking & redundant incoming service, Hazardous Conditions installations, Jet way signal lighting, lighting protect and 400 MHz utility power for Jet maintenance. This project is scheduled to be delivered in late spring of 2005.

200 West 24th Street Condominiums:
Heading south on 7th Avenue look right at 24th street an you will see a newly constructed building. This newly constructed reinforced concrete superstructure is being wired for lighting, power, high speed internet access for its future high end tenants.

New York Methodist Hospital Infill Addition:
Located in Park Slope Brooklyn this rapidly expanding facility has begun construction of a seven floor addition. This addition includes (3) new elevator shafts, complete fire alarm and state of the art nurses call system as well as a 2400 amp Cogeneration plant feeder re-route are included under the 4 million + dollar electrical portion of this project. B&G was selected to perform the electrical contract due to our long track record of executing difficult installations within operation healthcare facilities. This project can be viewed on 7th Street between 6th and 7th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

Riverdale Center:
Building off of past success with clients Jeffery M Brown and the Target Corporation, B&G was selected to as the electrical contractor for one of the first shopping centers of its kind in the Bronx. This shopping facility includes a Target, Applebee’s, Kids World, Starbucks and more. This project put B&G to the test of managing a large workforce through several buildings located at this campus. Also put to the test was our ability to coordinate certificate of occupancy requirements in regard to fire alarm, elevator power and electrical inspection under varying stages of completion.

Riverhead Center:
Working with Aurora Construction and the Related Companies , B&G constructed the Core and Shell of this multi tenant shopping center as well as the build out of the following Tenants; The Home Depot, Best Buy, Michaels Crafts, Strathmore Bagels, Barnes and Noble, Pier One, Famous Footware and Petco. This project required all the tenants to open simultaneously which pushed manpower and certificate of occupancy to the test. All the stores opened on time which is paramount to retailers who without the registers ringing are not satisfied.

Pathmark Bradhurst:
When the Related Companies and Monodnock Construction approached B&G to construct the Pathmark supermarket within the Bradhurst Court Residential facility on 184th Street, B&G jumped at the opportunity. Our expertise in supermarket construction has always been one which has been recognized throughout the food service industry. These projects are not to be taken lightly. The integration of energy management systems, heating and ventilation controls and the demanding power requirements of refrigeration compressor racks would leave most contractors looking for help. Not in this case. B&G has delivered the consistent quality this industry has expected to find while maintaining a steady course towards the grand opening of this new facility.
