Estimating

From the initial takeoff to the bid scope review, our team of estimators is ready to define the cost analysis required to secure a project. Our estimating department employs the latest software and technology to procure the most accurate cost for the current project scope.

Project Management

This team now has the responsibility to coordinate with the owner or contractor to coordinate with the projects construction schedule from the first shovel in the ground to owner’s occupancy of the facility. They are there to insure that the materials and the work force required are readied and in place as needed throughout the project. They coordinate with the utilities and local regulatory agencies for coordination and inspections as well as to insure that the highest standards of quality workmanship are maintained.

Financial Office

Our experienced financial office also plays an important role in seeing that issues such as insurance, requisitions, vendor payments and overall job record keeping are maintained. In today’s market it is imperative that project insurance and safety standards are met to protect the owner, the workforce and the public. Maintaining superior job records and up to date requisition procedures insures a smooth flow on the paper side of the project.
